Yes the bug still there and there is no solution to fix it so I had to restart the whole Act 3
Community Manager@NotAGamergirlzzZ Gotcha. It kind of sounded like a bugged save file, honestly. What I would do now since you restarted is save the game as a new save file and then reload into that one and start saving them with the new file. This helps a lot of this issue lessen. I've restarted countless missions like this over the years, and it can get frustrating for sure!

I think the cause of this issue is you maxed out Anders relationship in Act 3, that’s why it causes bug. I managed to Max relationship in Act 2 and everything went to normal
