Getting 15-20 LOW FPS for DA:I

I am also getting low frames.
Cpu- FX 8350 4.2ghz
Gpu - AMD 295x2
8 gig ram
Windows 7 64bit home premium
No AA on and post processing set to low.
I average about 25fps on LOW.
and 17fps on ultra.
I have unistalled and reinstalled AMD drivers.
I really hope there will be a performance patch!

Have you tried the new Catalyst 14.11.2 drivers? Make sure you do a clean uninstall (use a driver cleaning tool) before installing the new drivers. They also support Mantle for DA:I which should give you a decent performance boost too.
Any help for the OP?
Bump. Could my CPU be "bottlenecked"? I've seen this term floating around.

8 GB RAM
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium
Your CPU is extremely low end, and your GPU is very new. So yes, it's a distinct possibility.
