Getting VC++ runtime redistributable package error

Just spent my $69 plus tax to get deluxe version of Dragon Age Inquistion. I am getting the error Getting VC++ runtime redistributable package was not installed successfully. Setup cannot continue ...

Hey, try navigating to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Dragon Age Inquisition\__Installer\vc and run the various exes that are available at vc2008sp1\redist, \vc2012\redist and \vc2013\redist.

No good. Downloading and installing from Mcriosoft has no effect.

Reinstalling game has no effect.

Uninstalling and reinstalling C++ has no effect.

After four 45-minute DvD installations, uninstalls, and re-installations this is frustrating in the extreme.
