Glitchy quest marker in Frostback Basin (Jaws of Hakkon)?

I found this marker out there with nothing on the location and nothing in the quest screen. Is it bugged?

Near that place they gave me the quest The Mystery of Winter with the door and the shards (I've done it)
Nothing in my current quest log expect rifts.

I'm having the same problem. Except the quest marker that is doing the same thing for me that yours is for you is in a slightly different location. To the North east of where your picture with the marker is. ☹️
