GOG version import saves to Keep after servers are no longer
First: How do i import saves from GOG version to Dragon Age Keep? Second: Is it possible now to import saves from PC version when servers are now gone?
It was never possible to import savegames from DAO (or DA II) into the Keep, even when the DAO servers were still running.
All what was uploaded to the Keep from DAO were screenshots and info about your character, but all decision you made must have been added to the keep manually.
The keep is a tool to create and import a World States into DAi.
You however can import your DAO save games into DA II.
