Golden Nug cross platform or not?

I switched from PlayStation 4 to Xbox Series X last year. I re bought dragon age inquisition, and this time for the Xbox version. I just now finished a speed run for inquisition as my first play through on the Xbox. But here’s the problem I’m having: the golden nug statue is not syncing the collectibles I gathered and synced from inquisition’s PS4 version. Is this actually a ‘problem’ I’m having? Or are the collectibles not cross platform compatible? Or else, I thought they are tied to my account, with the data stored via the Dragon Age Keep application?
