GOTY vs base game+DLC bundle?

There is any difference? Base game+DLC bundle is a bit cheaper and GOTY version is a bit hidden for some reason to see GOTY I need to click add to wishlist and from there I can choose which version I...

GOTY edition comes with a few extras. Skyhold Throne, Red Hart Halla, Bog Unicorn, a few chests for MP, and Flames of the Inquisition Arsenal, armor and Mount.

As for price, I though GOTY was a slight bit cheaper around 20 dollars right now on sale...at least in USA for me it is....and DLC pack was just over 10 and the standard game was about 10 so same or slightly higher from what I see in my store, for buying separate.
