Disable Origin in-game. Who really needs it, anyway? Also, is your PC overheating with other games, such as Battlefield 4? If not, then it could be due to the latest patch. I'm running an unpatched version of the game and my GTX 970 never goes over 72°C. It easily goes over 75°C in Crysis 3, though, but that game is pretty stable as far as uptimes and optimization are concerned.
Sorry to say, looks like you are having severe issue with the cooling. It is not down to the software, hardware won't overheat ever with software unless you overclocked beyond rated clock speed and voltage.
