Graphics question

I just got back into the game after taking a break for a while and got it all patched up. Now I've noticed the textures on armor and clothes seems to not be as detailed as it was before..options are all still at the highest so not sure what the issue may be? Has anybody noticed anything similar? Or ideas how to fix? Everything is set on high or ultra with textures set to fade touched.

Most noticeable is the skyhold outfit where u could see the fabric textures on the shirt are now less detailed and almost blurry in places.
