Having trouble with console commands

Having trouble with my console command not working. I have entered -enabledeveloperconsole into the properties of the daorigins.exe shortcut. I also have visible commands by angel, fonts.erf in the data folder. 

The commands are not visible and the actual enabledeveloperconsole doesn't work. 

It has worked before, but after this reinstall is not. 

It's giving me a headache.🤯😁
