Healing Mist & Confusion Grenade

Where do you acquire the recipes for the Healing Mist and the Confusion Grenade?

    My bad................I just started the "Wicked Eyes & Wicked Hearts" quest after avoiding it..............I found the Confusion Grenade recipe in the palace in the room with the 6 Valmont Urns........light the urns in correct order and a secret passage opens up. Take the stairs down to find the recipe in one of the loot chests. The Healing Mist Grenade is where the guys a few posts above said it was..........I must have gotten it and accidentally destroyrd it or sold it..........my bad!

ok, the confusion grenade you get with inquisitor specialization training if you become an DB Rogue assassin, or if you keep Cole

as one of your followers(quest related, don't want to post spoiler)

healing mist is something you have to create when you upgrade potions. at a keep or stronghold.

Are you saying that your inquisitor must be a rogue?........My character is a level 23 mage now.
