HELP!! I can't fast travel out of the Frostback Basin.... GAME BREAKING BUG

So I bought Jaws of Hakkon and was really enjoying it; but about halfway through the dlc I decided to go back to Skyhold to start more of the War Table missions, only to find that I can't fast travel...

This was also an issue with one of Sera's quests "vershelle March(sp?)" when you teleport to an area just north of crestwood, and west of the north gate of crestwood.

You couldn't leave the area. there were no exits, and you couldn't fast travel out of the area, locally or on the world map.

Sounds like a very similar issue.... again.

I reported it back in january... the ticket is "still in progress"
