help i can't get inside denerim from the world map I'm new to this series 2016

Hi I just recently got into the Dragon age series bought all 3 games brand new and I'm having a problem with Origins on the PS3 it's the ultimate edition. I can't get into Denerim at all from the world map not the Denerim map but the actual world map. I finished the quests in Redcliffe village, Orzammar, Lothering, Circle of Magi and the DLC quests stone prisoner, return to ostagar and soldier peak i haven't done anything for the Dalish elves yet. I just want to do the side quests in Denerim and Alistair and Leliana personal quest but it won't let me enter at all the game is brand new and scratch less. I am traving through the world map from Redcliffe to Denerim and it just stays stuck loading and loading and I've waited for 20 minutes and nothing. I have no problem getting to other places from the world map just Denerim for some reason. Can anyone please help me find a fix? Or a solution I know it's an old game so I don't know if anyone will see this post but if anyone has a fix or solution I'd really appreciate it. I've attached a picture to show you all what I mean.
