Help with origin account/the keep/importing a world

I have the xbox one version of DA:I So I made a new origin account and used it to carefully recreate my decisions from the first 2 games in the keep. I saved my world state and now that I actually ...

Same issue. Have an Origin account but can't get it to load on the Xbox One version, nor can I load my saved world from the Keep onto the new game.
