Is this the bug? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Ld9Muamq6g
How did you disable the mods? I believe with DAIMM you have to merge mods into a new patch file, so did you disable then, then click the merge button?
Could you also attach a dxdiag file? https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
There were some suggestions here but no definitive solution. https://answers.ea.com/t5/Dragon-Age-Inquisition/Bug-in-the-fade-can-t-collect-memory/m-p/4960775
I'll see if I can find more.

Ty for the reply! Unfortunately it is not that bug. That did inspire me to record what I'm experiencing, it's here: https://youtu.be/5d8gAENgCOU
I disabled the mods by going into the mod merger, disabling them, and then merging, then verifying the files in Steam.
I also tried the steps in this post: https://forums.nexusmods.com/topic/5274540-can-i-skip-here-lies-the-abyss-somehow/
That didn't work, and I reversed everything that I did.
Thanks!
Edit - I missed the request for a dxdiag file, I've attached it here.

Not heard of this one before.
Does the bug repeat if you reload from Adamant Fortress and try again?

Reloading would also be my next suggestion. Make sure to disable mods before reloading.
Clean booting is also a classic troubleshooting step. This launches your PC with minimal background processes (in case your problems are caused by outside interference). https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
Worst case scenario, upload your save file and I could try it myself. If I don't have the bug, I could play past the bugged segment and send you a new save file.
