How do I acquire Bioware points for Dragon Age games

I try to acquire Dragon Age points via Dragon Age 2 but the website program first of all tells me I need points and to go to the Penny Arcade. I log in to the site again when asked am am informed tha...

Ok, Bioware points have nothing to do with Penny Arcade... You buy them from Electroic Arts/Bioware.
Go to this page...
https://social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php
This will tell you what content you have registered on your account. If you see it on this list, and it's not installed, then click more info and it should tell you how to get it.
Then go to
http://social.bioware.com/page/da2-dlc
This Is where you see listed and can purchase the DLC that must be purchased (be sure not to try to purchase anything you've already purchased.. I'm not 100% sure it's not possible, so be careful). Then, if necessary download it form the 1st page above.
