How do i configure my right moue button to move forward? and middle button to.
I don't seem to be able to configure my mouse to do anything but invert, speed up/down, and swap what left and right buttons do from the factory. What am I missing?

Humm. I reinstalled and tried to configure my right mouse button to move forward like all my other games since a friend at work said a new patch was out that fixed the mapping of controls. What a waste of time. I still can't configure/map controls to my liking with this game. I am totally enjoying Diablo II and Blizzard will continue to get my dollars. Sadly, I am uninstalling this game another time and Bioware will still no longer get my money or support. Just make controls configurable like almost everybody else.
