Solved

How do I find out what account I'm logging into on PS4 DA:I?

When I first purchased the game, I had issues logging into my EA account.  I'm pretty sure I may have made a new account but I don't see any way of confirming what account I may have made.  I just want to be able to use Dragon Age Keep.

Ermmm... No matter which platform was involved with which purchase, doesn't change the "one EA account per person" rule.  🤭

[But the bottom line is your "friend" should contact an EA Game Advisor at https://help.ea.com.  They are the only folk who can address account-specific issues.]

If you log into profile.ea.com you can see details on your account and what console accounts are linked and which is the primary. You can also change the primary console account there.

What I really need to know is what profile I'm logged in on my Dragon Age.  I do not see anywhere I can manage that.  No way to change it.  All I can do is tell it to not log in automatically.

  • You didn't answer her question back in 2015... It's now 2019 and I have the same issue, I have no f***ING clue what just happened... I can't find anywhere to check what email is in use for DA:I though I'm fairly certain it's my psn email, which is also my EA/Origin email... Yet there is still no account link...

Leaving aside the fact the everyone is supposed to have one, and only one "EA Account", (not judging) one can tell which account was used to install DA:I, and therefore which one is being used to "authorize" the game each time it's started, simply by logging into EA/Origin and looking at "My Game Library".  If DA:I isn't there, that's not the right account. 😇

Now 2021 and you still cant see she wants to know how to check from the game as she has no way of checking on an account she doesn't have access too because she has no clue which account it is.....
