How do you add an Xbox live account to dragon age keep

Question

I want to export my Dragon Age Keep world state to DAI on my Xbox One but the only account connected to the keep is my origin account on my PC and I can't figure out how to link my Xbox account to the Dragon Age Keep. They both have the same email but I can't figure out how to link it. If anyone knows how to link an account I would love to know. Thanks!

What worked for me was to ensure that my username on XBOX live was the same one I used on PC game login.
