How i can claim dlc pack of armor and weapons in dragon age inquisition

How i can claim dlc pack of armor and weapons in dragon age inquisition in game, i dont know where and when i can claim armor, weapon and all content of delux edittion in game

I have the same issue. I bought deluxy edition but dont see any deluxy weapon and arm. Even I back to hut for searching but get nothing. Pls fix it asap and return my deluxy items!

EA Any update on this?
Its been past 24 Hours already and I still can't find my DLC items, I still can't interact with the box and where exactly do i find the stables o.o??

  How can I get it if I'm already in sky hold,? I can't go back to the town where I woke up because it was attacked already, come onea you can do better than this!
