How i can claim dlc pack of armor and weapons in dragon age inquisition in game, i dont know where and when i can claim armor, weapon and all content of delux edittion in game

I was able to enter my codes but same problem here. I can't interact with the black chest and no soundtrack. DLC is only shown in the ps4 library.
