How i can claim dlc pack of armor and weapons in dragon age inquisition in game, i dont know where and when i can claim armor, weapon and all content of delux edittion in game

I brought the delux edition for the PS3 and I brought the hard back gamers guide that would give you another mount and a ring. Put the code in to my PS3 and I only got the flame weapon and armor things. I can't seem to find anything else! Where are my mounts? I paid £70 for it all and I can't seem to get what I paid for!
- It seems, that the other items just appear later in the ongoing story.
