How i can claim dlc pack of armor and weapons in dragon age inquisition in game, i dont know where and when i can claim armor, weapon and all content of delux edittion in game

Literally I have all the dlc for ps4, can only use that really ugly horse, no armor or weapons, no new throne or soundtrack but it's installed and downloaded, u can see they are but just can't use any of it, I love the franchise though but u know its annoying when "developers know"... Soooooo I've missed out on that stuff, would appreciate the fix!
