How i can claim dlc pack of armor and weapons in dragon age inquisition in game, i dont know where and when i can claim armor, weapon and all content of delux edittion in game

I bought it on ps4 store . DAI deluxe edition . Game and update installed but the 4 dlc i get the message : waiting for install... nothing happens when i interact with it. Havent got weapons , armor and mounts. **bleep** this **bleep** ... we paid for additional content but they dont give a **bleep** it doesnt work. Nice going guys , you make me proud ...
