How i can claim dlc pack of armor and weapons in dragon age inquisition in game, i dont know where and when i can claim armor, weapon and all content of delux edittion in game

Same issue here. I have the deluxe edition and there is no option to open the black chest inside the hut in Haven. My add-on is only a single file of 9 MB, labeled as "Delexe Edition Items".
I hope you can fix this.

Yes and yes, same here. If EA don't fix this then I'll never ever buy limited edition/deluxe edition of EA games again
