How i can claim dlc pack of armor and weapons in dragon age inquisition
How i can claim dlc pack of armor and weapons in dragon age inquisition in game, i dont know where and when i can claim armor, weapon and all content of delux edittion in game

I also am having issue with the dlc pack. The armor and weapon that was in the chest was the staff of the dragon and light armor of the dragon(mage). I also suppose to receive a multiplayer chest, ring and mount but when i access multiplayer mode, there is no chest, or ring. Still having issues with the soundtrack and red lyrium weapons. I have the deluxe ps3 version and inquisition chest with issues with the dlc that is included in that as well.
Same here. Pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition for PS4 via the PSN Store. All 4 addons show as installed, but I never received the starter items nor the armored horse.
