How i can claim dlc pack of armor and weapons in dragon age inquisition in game, i dont know where and when i can claim armor, weapon and all content of delux edittion in game

Hi guys! I got the same issue too. I managed to get the Red Hart, Skyhold Throne and Bog Unicorn. However, I wasn't able to open the chest as described by some of you earlier. Please help if you guys know how to fix it! Thanks!
