How i can claim dlc pack of armor and weapons in dragon age inquisition in game, i dont know where and when i can claim armor, weapon and all content of delux edittion in game

After all the posts, is Bioware going to do anything about it? I am way past the starting stage and I reckon that the flame of inquisition pack weapons will be of no value by now. But still I want what I paid money for. The dlc for deluxe edition is not free, I paid extra money for it.
