How to get all your Deluxe Edition DLC Items... Solved

HOW TO GET ALL YOUR DRAGON AGE INQUISITION DELUXE EDITION STUFF... I see a lot of questions on here on how to get all the Deluxe Edition stuff on Dragon Age, so here it is, I guess Bioware decided...

In Haven i take only ONE (where is the second dagger for my rogue) dagger - called Dagger of Dragon (i play in russian languages) and armor - middle armor of dragon. NOT CALLED Flames of Inquisition

    NOT solved.  The chest in Haven did not have any of the items!  Only a separate Dragon weapon and armor.  No Inquisition items nor flame items.
