How to get Flames of the Inquisition working (PS4)?

My sister bought the game on pre-order and bought the deluxe upgrade. She's had issues with it forever and it's never worked right. She's currently starting a new character and despite having every...

I thought the same at first but as guy above/ below (not sure where my reply will fit) says u get some in that box... Most u get from getting your war council to do the quests in the war room map... Once you also do the mount riding nissions in hinderlands outside the gate in haven u can choose what mount you want to ride
Aslong youve done the war council quest for the bog unicorn mount youll get it in the exotic mount sub group
Then when you on quests (i use a xbox one so ull have a different button to press) if you press left bumper to bring up the invetory circle with your health potions at the top an commands round the edge at the bottum is a horses head an that will call in your mount
When you get to skyhold after you go roind talk to evetyone then go do the next small quest and comeback your throne will be there in the mainhall ( just thinking i had gone into the new blacksmith area in skyhold an selected in front the waterfall the skyhold upgrades an selected the throne before going on my first quest in skyhold)

Other things come to you as you level up an same in multiplayer

That's the problem.. she's only getting ONE item from the box.

She's getting the Dragon Staff... and that's it.

We've deleted the game install and all save files and the same thing happens.

I appreciate your replies.

I play on PC, so things are will be a little different....

However, go into your inventory screen, in game, and scroll down the list of categories,

and check each one to see if any other items are in them.

If you pre-ordered the deluxe package you should have the following DLC in your games add-ons and Bonuses list

In the origin app.

1.) Dragon Age - Deluxe Content

2.) Dragon Age : Inquisition Official Game Soundtrack

3.)Flames of the Inquisition Armor

4.)Dragon Age: Inquisition - Destruction Multiplayer Expansion

5.) (may be different for you) Dragon Age: Inquisition - English Voice Over Pack

6.) Flames of the Inquisition Weapons

7.) (if you've purchased it) Dragon Age: Inquisition - Jaws of Hakkon

8.) Flames of the Inquisition Armored Mount

Make sure all items are installed. do a game repair, then relaunch the game, and go back into the shed you woke up in, in haven, and see if the other items are there, or check your inventory again.

If this still doesn't work, i'm not sure how to do it on your platform, but on PC you can delete your origin cache files and re-verify your installed games.

Try relaunching and checking for the items ingame again.

If this still doesn't work create a support ticket, and have someone call you.
