How to mod Dragon Age Origins: Ultimate edition

hrello, I'm relatively new to the modding community as far as pc gamers go. I bought This game back when it originally came out for the xbox 360 and i repurchased it both for the sale they had on it, and for nostalga reasons. Just wanted to know if i could get a step by step process on how to begin modding my game thank you very much
