How to play the DLCs of Dragon Age Origins - Ultimate Edition - PS3 ?

I just got a count on EA and the PSN (with the same e-mail) all of the DLCs are already installed in my console PS3.

At the beginning of the game, I go till the DLCs and I type the code of solicitation that's inside of the manual (with five digits), and appear a message of wrong code. I really don't know what to do anymore.
