HOW TO REMOVE LICENSE KEY

How to remove license key from Origin?

I tried to enter my old CD key from the physical copy of Dragon Age: Origins.

The EA app Origin accepted the key initially, but doesn't let me open the game, giving me an error message for "invalid license"

I accept that my 10-year-old CD key is perhaps invalid for online Origins, I guess.

But I can't figure out how to disassociate that CD key - I'd  like to purchase another copy of Dragon Age Origins!

But I can't figure out how to do that!

    You can’t permanently remove keys/games manually, you will need to contact an EA adviser to do this for you.

    To contact an EA adviser use the following link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

    Select Origin>Choose Platform>Manage Account and then choose the relevant topic or option and then select an available contact option

    Before deleting I would check with an adviser to see if they can do something about your current game key/license, they might have a way of fixing things for you.
