How to Report a bug/glitch

Question

Is there a way to report bugs and glitches? I'm asking because for the xbox one on the quest Where the druffalo roam there seems to be a bug where *small Spoiler* when your leading the druffalo back theres scouts in the routes back and the beast won't follow you when there there, it runs in circles and makes the quest uncompletable.&nbsp;

ok addition to this i found that if you wait a bit or fast travel the scouts will eventually re locate and you will be able to lead it back

Playing this on ps4, having an issue on the same quest. Was leading him past the rift along the river, I crossed and 2 wolves came out. The druffalo stopped, the wolves aren't attacking and aren't attackable so it's pretty well stuck.
