Did you try to unistall from controll panel/programs features? Origin really only saves the fact you are a legal game owner, but not the game it self per-say. I can go to any PC (I have four gaming ones) and access my Origin account. If the game I own is not installed, Origin will have the download game option. So once you remove the game in question from your PC, Origin will be able to re-download it. Hope that helps/Let me know 🙂

Thanks for your reply. The issue with my Origin account is the game won't fully install, the only option is to Intall or Fix Game. When I hit Install it says its loading 1 file, then says complete, then when I hover over the game the only option is to Intall again. If I do the Fix Game Files (not sure what its called I'm at work) it takes 10 minutes or so then asks me to install the game again. Now this all happened after I spent a couple hours downloading the game.
When I try to use my control panel, it does not show the game at all so its not an option to Unistall there.

Sounds frustrating for sure. In past trouble shooting, these were suggestions in no piticular order. Some worked and most didn't. If not, I would open a ticket.
1. Disable all anti virus and use task manager to kill any background programs not needed.
2. Use msconfig* to stop any and all programs not essential to task from loading at start up.
3. Make sure any browser plugins, especially Java, are disabled unless required.
4. Use configure java* to prevent from loading if necessary.
5. As silly as this sounds, under / Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Display, set icon size to small (this fixed issues for me in Crysis & BF3) something to do with making it impossible to select anything with the mouse in certain games with some video cards.
6. Get drunk or laid...it wont fix the problem, but at least you will feel better so you don't kicked the dog or smash your PC... 🙂
If all else fails, open the dreaded ticket through support. It might take two or three days, but they usually will try and help.
