i can not sync dragons keep to DAI on pc

@EvilHeero The first and easiest thing to check is whether you're using the correct account for both the game/Origin and the Keep. You also need to be online and logged in in-game for the game to sync with the Keep. You can only import a world state while making a new game, once you've started a playthrough you cannot change it. Be sure to check the time of the world state you import again the time you exported from the Keep, that's usually a good indicator of whether you got the right one. 🙂

Like Niah said, most common thing is different accounts....they may be close but not exact, so they don't load.  Are any of your Inquisitors showing up in the keep??  If yes then it is a download/keep setting to download issue, if no then it is probably an account link issue.

Second most common issue, is the Keep isn't real user friendly in my opinion and it is easy to either select the wrong one for dl, or not know HOW to set it correctly to make sure you are dl the correct one.  If you see your Inquisitors from other plays there, then triple check or even watch a youtube video on exactly how to set your world state for download to your games. 

If these things are both working, then triple check you are online and all online features for the game are active.

If still doesn't work, report back with what you have done and what the game says and does and we can try to help some more.
