Hey there! I need help re-downloading Dragon Age 2. Whenever I have to get to the activation part, I put my code in, and it tells me that it is in use! (I had it downloaded on my old computer, now I would like to download it again, but I can't. I also didn't download it on this account, nor do I remember any other account) Any help would be great! Thanks!

If you downloaded and activated your game under account 😇 that product code is valid ONLY for Account (A). It will never work for any other account.
You'll need to contact the EA Game Advisors and prove it to them that you really are the account holder of Account 😇 ("Forgotten password / dead email, etc.") Otherwise, you're SOL, just as if you had lost the disc in the old days of disc-based DRM. Use the Help Center (link in the top-right of every page) to reach them.
