I cannot swap emails! EA never answers the chat option!

I am here by signing in with my PSN account. BUT I cannot log into DA Keep because it needs my old e-mail that got deactivated due to inactivity. I know. I have to contact them. I have been trying AT...

I've moved this post to the Dragon Age forums.

I sometimes have trouble getting into chats if I have Adblocker enabled so check that you don't have this or other plugins that might be blocking the connection. I have just double checked and there doesn't seem to be any issues currently getting into chats.

Failing that you would need to call as this isn't something we can assist with directly on the forum. If you aren't able to reactive the old email you would need to call us if you can't chat.

If you're living in a country that doesn't support our "call me" feature you could use a VOIP service (such as Skype) instead. Just put your location in the VOIP service to UK and use that to call our UK number - +44 203 0141818 (available 9AM-9PM GMT, Monday through Saturday)
