I can't find the Scattered Glyph operation/quest on my war table?

I've finished the quest but I can't find the option to investigate them on my war table in the Exalted Plains area.

I don’t remember, but I’m pretty sure I went to the exalted plains and found one.

Did you trigger the quest by talking to the elves or by finding a glyph @CrazyArtLove?

I don't remember how I triggered it honestly. It might have been triggered by finding a glyph.
