I Can't Log In - Xbox One

I just started getting into Dragon Age, and recently finished Inquisition. I decided to install Origins from my game library and play the series from the beginning. I've never had problems logging into my account or connecting to the servers. However, when I press start at the menu and try to log into my gamer profile I get a pop up that tells me I can't sign into Xbox Live and to download it again. I can continue from that point to create a new save, but I have no option to save my game at all.

I've tried manually signing into my Microsoft account by trying to "add another profile" but that didn't work.

My password has no special characters in it.

I've tried uninstalling and installing again.

I went back and forth between Inquisition and Origins to see if I would encounter a similar problem, but Inquisition is working fine.

I game share with a friend but that's never interfered with any of my games at all.

Not sure if this is a EA problem, an Origins problem, an Xbox Live problem.

I messaged the person I game share with as well to see if he may able to help me and I'm still waiting for an answer.

I've been so excited about playing Origins and encountering this problem has been a huge bummer.

I'm considering purchasing the physical copy of the game if it's unsolvable but I'm worried I may encounter the same problem.

Any help or recommendations are appreciated
