I have the bog unicorn in game, but where is the strategy guide special mount?

I have the deluxe edition content and the bog unicorn showing up in game, when i got the horse master, but I do not have any of the special items from the collector;s edition strategy guide.  How do I get the unique mount?  I got a code from the site I went to, after I put in the code I purchased with the guide,  but where are the items?
