I purchesed the game, but I am showing on my profile that I have it from EA play

I purchased Dragon Age: Inquisition from a 3rd party vendor, when Origin was still a thing. I have been having computer issues, so I had to start from scratch and build a new PC. I use separate SSD's...

As Hero said, need to know the "third party vendor."

If you mean Steam, there is a post at the top of this section specifically for Steam users issues.

Don't see what MS game pass could have to do with it. Rather confusing question TBH.
