In the saddle quest npc disappearing bug, Glitch

So i've completed all three races but the npc disappeared and i cant complete the quest !!

When i set the quest as active it shows on waterfalls near templar encampment but i couldn't reach it there is no one at the stables please help me :/

I can't seem to find anywhere who has this problem too

I've solved it after a few research. First fast travel to haven then go back to hinterlands using war table. Altough map still shows shes at waterfall but you'll be able to find her at the stables and finish the quest.

I have this bug also, it says she is near the waterfall but I cannot get to her.
