I've checked on Steam as well as Epic Store, the game is unavailable for wishlisting on both stores. There is absolutely no reason to withhold the game from release like you did with Inquisition. Please look into it.
It is now on Steam and can be added to your wish list.
Still says "currently unavailable in your region"
