Inquisition Language?

Hi,

I recently purchased a copy of Dragon Age: Inquisition in Poland.

The only choices I have for languages are either Polish or Russian. The game voice language is English, when the text language is Polish.

I have looked all over the internet for an answer, and the only one I could find is one using Outcome: http://outcome.nofate.me/

If there is no other way (I don't want a refund) to change the language, is this 'Outcome' safe?

Is it against Origin's terms and conditions to use it?
