Inquisiton, new DLC weapons are useless because of superb rune ingredients

Newer, more powerful weapons are steadily being introduced through DLC, but if you've already used the few ingredients for some of the superb runes, those new weapons will never be as powerful, so they're effectively useless. The Descent is the perfect example. You're now fighting Darkspawn exclusively, but unless you've just started  a new game, you probably already created the few superb cleansing & spirit runes that are allowed by the developers. In that case, even though you'll find more powerful weapons now, you can't upgrade them past your current weapon so why bother?

The developers should add more of those ingredients (revenant hearts, etc...) or lots of the weapon DLC is pointless for existing players.
