Inquisitor Arm Glitch

If you use the drivers from the AMD website, does this help at all?

I tried using that file. It made it WORSE. NOW those arm glitches are happening at ALL times, even out of cinema's.

EDIT: I equipped the Superior Battlemage Mail arms and legs. They have the same appearance of the enchanter's mail arms, but without the glitch that accompanies the enchanter mail. I don't know if that helps but I thought i'd tell you regardless
