Inquisitor skill bumped my #1, and I can't get it back

I recently reached Skyhold and acquired the Inquisitor skill. It was placed in the #1 spot on my skill bar, replacing the lightning strike that I had assigned. The lightning strike is now gone and I can't find how to put it back on the bar. It is still on my skill tree, but not assignable to any slots. Is there a work around

@shogei As Mr. Salute stated, it should be in your menus.

Specifically, open the Character Record. Assuming you're using a mouse, you can drag and drop the skill into whichever slot you want to use. If you want a breakdown of your activatable skills, you cna check the tactics tab.

If anyone encounters this with a pad, press A(X on PS) then you should get a prompt to press the appropriate activation button/combo to set the binding.

I had this problem also, but was able to fix it, and re-assign the hot-keyed powers.
I am guessing it is from the UI bug, that is plaguing the PC version of the game.
Go into your powers menu "p"
click and drag the diamond shaped powers on the left side of the screen from the powers trees
to the right side of the screen, to where the 8 hot keys are located.
if you are in-game, you can click and drag the powers around as well.
in either case, if clicking and dragging doesn't work the first time, try right clicking on an empty part of the screeen first,
and see if that gets the mouse working again.

I couldn't get that to work at first and thought I was doing it wrong. Turned out to be the UI bug. I tabbed away from the game and back and it worked.

ps4 it is glitched and gets stuck, becoming unchangeable even after restart... please help!

I have this issue aswell but i cant do anything about it, the dragging wont work for me, and over the skill tree is writen: Some features on this screen are currently unavailable. Has anyone else had this issue.
