Community Managerjoepten That error happens with quite a few games. The DLL is the biggest callout. It generally relates to either one of the following
EA account doesn't own it
Your EA app and game are on separate drives
Your registry is reading an old file or creating the wrong file
Your SSD or HDD needs to be repaired.
If you bought the game or added a code and it wasn't through a subscription. I would verify the above. Then test it on a new Windows account. It could be something simple like a missing or corrupted file.
