I just downloaded Dragon Age :Origins - Ultimate Edition, getting the error Invalid license. Reason Code = Missing DLL: [NxCharacter.dll] Error: 0x7E According to this forum I need to download PHS...

You need to either install PhysX from the game folder, (in my post directly above yours.) or from NVIDIA directly.

The game needs PhysX to be installed to run, regardless of the GPU manufacturer.

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

I got the same problem... Downloaded the Physx from Nvidia, but nothing... Tried pasting it into the DAO folders, but still get the error.

Go here > Download PhysX > Install > Restart the PC > Test.

Your Laptop is still under the system requirements for DAi, so this might or might not work.
